Industrial zone Krnov - Červený Dvůr

1.) Description, -location of the zone, advantage
Locality of industrial zone Krnov - Červený Dvůr is situated by the south-east catastral border separating the city of Krnov from the village of Úvalno. Western border of the industrial zone creates the road I/57, which is important transport road leading to the city of Opava, Ostrava and potentialy to the highway D 47. Eastern border of the industrial zone is closed by the railway line Ostrava - Olomouc. Northern border makes current communication leading to the Peters pond and southern border creates the already mentioned catastral border separating the city of Krnov from the village of Úvalno. Zone is located in the distance about 1,5 km from the city.
Area of the whole place is about 48 ha. For realization of the 1st stage is prepared land with the area about 21 ha where the border is the suggested local road connected in two points with the road I/57. On the sides of the road I/57 are marked areas for localization of lay-by´.
By the choice of the new locality which should be suitable for development of industrial production and stores were respected following criteria:
CITY OF KRNOV IS THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE REAL ESTATE FOR ESTABLISHING OF THE STAGE I.OF INDUSTRIAL ZONE WITH AREA OF 21 HA.
2.) water main (incl. functional objects)
Water main for supply of drinking water and fire water will be connected with distribution water supply net of Krnovs VaK Ltd.. in the area Pod Cvilínem. Water main will be used as a supply of drinking water, fire and technological water. There is suggested a water main DN 80-150 from nodular cast iron with total length 3168,4 m. The suggested locality will be connected with the water tower Brožíkova II with water level 370,5 - 373,5 m above sea level.

Electric energy supply will be connected from outside circuit of HV no.20. In order to strengthen the HV no. 20 will this connection be reconstructed in the section between switching house 110/22 kV and branch of current line in south-east, length app. 2 km, and will be connected with this line. Current line of HV no. 20 leading along the railway line will be transfered because of the reason of the release of suggested areas to the new location which is 27 m away from the railway line. The length of the transfer is about 2 km. Connection of transformer stations 22/0,4 kV of single production companies in the suggested area will be made by connections of HV of outside line no. 20. Public lighting will be installed along the road I/57 in the length app. 1,5 km and along all service roads. Public lighting will be on one side, used will be discharge lamps on lighting masts located along the roads.
6.) Access roads
Service road of production zone is designed as a two-way road with the width of the stripe of 3,0m. On the left side of the road will be built a new path which will not be estimated for motor vehicles but will contain two lines for pedestrians (2 stripes á 0,75m) and stripe for cyclists (2 stripes á 1m) with the total width 4m. Service road will be connected with the state road I/57 on two crossings.
7.) Influence of the construction on environment
for the construction exists a study about evaluation of the influence of the building on environment in accordance with the law 244/92 of digest (EIA).
